A sweet trash metal/hardcore compliation by Hold Up Records that gives us a nice glimpse into the '86 underground.
Lip Cream and Ghoul brings some good hardcore to the album, they are two classic Japanese hardcore bands, the the latter was spearheaded by Masami who appearently had lost his hand to a gang and because of that always kept that arm in his pocket. The story may or may not be 100% true, Japanese punk is filled with ledgends like these.
United and Casbah is all trash metal baby, United eventually released an album in the States and Casbah rocked on well into the 21th century. City Indian is the odd band out on this compliation, they sound like a Motorhead cover band. Lastly we have Saver Tiger, X-Japan guitarist hide's earlier band and pretty much the only reason they are intresting.
